CONDITIONS
1.
We aim to dispatch all goods within 3 working days.
Most orders are sent either the day of order or the following day (depending on the time of order).
If due to stock levels we are unable to meet this we will contact you using the email address you supplied with the order.
We only post Monday to Friday.

We will wait a maximum of 3 working days to dispatch goods while awaiting out of stock items to complete your order.
For delays longer than 3 working days we will send the order in multiple packages.
3.
If incorrect goods are dispatched.
Please notify us FIRST and return the goods by registered post.
We will dispatch the correct items and reimburse your postage costs.

If the goods arrive damaged.
Please notify us FIRST and return the goods by registered post.

5.
If you change your mind.
You have the right to change your mind within 7 days of purchase or 7 days of receipt whichever is longer.
Please notify us immediately and any part of the order as yet unsent will not be dispatched. Under these circumstances you need to return the goods in a perfect state (un-opened) to us at your expense. Please clearly mark the package with the 'WorldPay's Transaction ID' and your name and address.
6.
SCHOOL ORDERS
We are happy to accept school orders. Payment is normally expected within 30 days. Due to the holidays we request the orders placed now are paid for by the end of September.
7.
Alternative Address
If you require the goods sent to an alternative address, please send us an email. We will not split an order, the complete order goes to one address.
